How to get seen quickly
Text is fastest — include the service you need, the window you're free, and your rough location if you're traveling in from outside Welland. We respond between clients with the earliest option. Voicemail is checked hourly during studio hours. Instagram DMs are also monitored.

After-hours and weekend bookings
We occasionally take after-hours bookings for weddings and special events (rehearsal-day lash sets, morning-of Brazilians, group brow lamination for a bridal party). There's typically a small after-hours fee — we'll always quote it upfront before confirming. Weekend availability opens two weeks ahead and fills fast.

- Not usually. Standard pricing applies unless it's an after-hours request, in which case we'll always quote you upfront before confirming.

- Do you do wedding-party bookings?
- Yes. Weddings, engagement shoots, bachelorette weekends — we can do bridal-party lash sets, sugaring and brow lamination in a single block. Message us at least two weeks ahead to lock in the date.
- Can you fix lash extensions from another salon?
- Yes. We regularly do emergency lash repairs on sets applied elsewhere — twisted lashes, gaps, over-heavy fans, or irritation from poor isolation. Send a photo to jessica@bareelegance.ca first so we can quote the fill or removal accurately.
- What's the fastest way to reach you for a same-day slot?
